Our office can be accessed through both Crunch Fitness and the Sharon Building, for patients needing an elevator.
Appointments
When your ready to book an appointment please contact our office by phone. Emergency calls and walk-in appointments are available and welcomed, especially for new patients seeking help. Please understand that patients with appointments have priority, and walk-in patients will be seen by the next available doctor. To make sure you have an appointment time that is right for you, please call ahead to schedule
Payments & Insurance Billing
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance claims for you and help you get the most from your Medical and/or Flex benefits. For cash patients we except check, cash, Master Card or Visa for your convenience.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
